Welcome to Fama (“Fama”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fama mobile application, website, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

* Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country or region.
* Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account means the registered account used to access the Services.

User means any individual who registers for or uses the Services.

Content means any text, voice, image, video, emoji, message, comment, virtual gift, profile information, or other materials uploaded, published, or transmitted through the Services.

Virtual Items means Coins, Gifts, VIP privileges, Nobility, avatar frames, vehicles, profile decorations, badges, room themes, and any other digital items provided by Fama.

Community Rules means all policies, guidelines, announcements, and standards published by Fama regarding acceptable use of the Services.

3. Our Services

Fama provides online social entertainment services, including but not limited to:

* Voice chat rooms
* Microphone interaction
* Private messaging
* Public chat
* Creating and managing rooms
* Sending and receiving virtual gifts
* Friend and social features
* Guilds and Agencies
* Games and entertainment features
* Rankings and achievements
* VIP and Nobility services
* Other features that may be introduced from time to time

The Services may vary depending on your region, device, or app version.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or improve any feature at any time without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

* Provide accurate and complete information;
* Keep your information updated;
* Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
* Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You may not:

* Register accounts using false information;
* Share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your account;
* Allow another person to use your account;

7. Community Standards

* Promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity;
* Encourages self-harm;
* Contains hate speech or discrimination;
* Harasses, bullies, threatens, or abuses others;
* Spreads spam or fraudulent information;
* Violates intellectual property rights;
* Impersonates another person or organization;
* Contains malicious software or phishing links;
* Violates these Terms or Community Rules.

Fama may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the Content you create and upload through the Services.

By posting or uploading Content, you grant Fama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and use such Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

* You own or have all necessary rights to the Content you upload;
* Your Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
* Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
* Your Content complies with these Terms and the Community Rules.

You are solely responsible for the Content you publish.

Fama does not endorse any user-generated Content and reserves the right to remove or restrict any Content at its sole discretion.

9. Virtual Items

The Services may include various Virtual Items, including but not limited to:

* Coins
* Virtual Gifts
* VIP Membership
* Nobility
* Avatar Frames
* Chat Bubbles
* Badges
* Vehicles
* Room Themes
* Profile Decorations
* Other virtual goods

Virtual Items:

* Are licensed, not sold;
* Have no monetary value;
* Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law;
* Cannot be transferred outside the Services unless expressly permitted.

Fama reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any Virtual Item at any time.

10. Payments

Certain Services require payment.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

* All payment information provided is accurate;
* You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
* Charges may include applicable taxes where required by law.

Available payment methods may include:

* Google Play
* Apple App Store
* Credit/Debit Cards
* Authorized payment partners
* Other payment methods supported by Fama

Prices may change at any time without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

11. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app store:

* All purchases are final.
* Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for cash.
* Consumed Virtual Items cannot be refunded.
* Refund requests are subject to the policies of the payment provider.

If a payment is refunded, Fama reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Virtual Items, VIP benefits, or other purchased privileges from your account.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension or termination.

12. VIP and Nobility Services

Fama may provide optional subscription-based or purchase-based membership services, including VIP Membership and Nobility.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

* Exclusive badges
* Exclusive profile decorations
* Entry effects
* Chat bubbles
* Avatar frames
* Vehicles
* Special IDs
* Voice effects
* Profile cards
* Gift privileges
* Other exclusive benefits

Membership levels, privileges, prices, validity periods, renewal rules, and eligibility requirements may be adjusted from time to time.

Some benefits may only be available during an active membership period.

Expired memberships will automatically lose access to the corresponding benefits.

13. Promotions and Events

Fama may organize promotional activities, seasonal events, rankings, competitions, or reward programs.

Unless otherwise stated:

* Participation is voluntary.
* Rewards have no cash value.
* Rewards are subject to the applicable event rules.
* Fama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any event for operational or legal reasons.

Any attempt to manipulate rankings, exploit bugs, or obtain rewards through fraudulent means may result in disqualification, reward removal, or account suspension.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms or services, including payment providers, login services, analytics providers, or advertising partners.

Fama is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

16. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and understand that we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, trade names, interface designs, graphics, audio, video, text, images, and other materials, are owned by Fama or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

* Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services;
* Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
* Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
* Use the Services or any part of the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

* You violate these Terms or our Community Rules;
* You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
* You use unauthorized software, automation tools, or third-party programs;
* You attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Services;
* We are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

* Remove your Content;
* Restrict certain account features;
* Suspend your account temporarily;
* Permanently terminate your account;
* Remove Virtual Items or rewards obtained in violation of these Terms.

19. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the application settings.

Upon account deletion:

* Your access to the Services will end;
* Certain personal information may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
* Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes;
* Purchased Virtual Items, VIP benefits, and other digital content may no longer be recoverable.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

20. Service Availability

We continuously improve our Services.

Accordingly, we may:

* Add or remove features;
* Modify system functionality;
* Perform maintenance;
* Upgrade security measures;
* Suspend certain Services temporarily.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service interruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

21. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* MERCHANTABILITY;
* FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
* NON-INFRINGEMENT;
* ACCURACY;
* RELIABILITY;
* AVAILABILITY;
* SECURITY.

We do not guarantee that:

* The Services will always be available;
* The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
* Any defects will be corrected immediately;
* User-generated Content will be accurate or reliable.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fama, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

* Indirect damages;
* Incidental damages;
* Special damages;
* Consequential damages;
* Punitive damages;
* Loss of profits;
* Loss of revenue;
* Loss of goodwill;
* Loss of data;
* Business interruption;
* Any other intangible losses,

arising out of or relating to:

* Your use of or inability to use the Services;
* Unauthorized access to your account;
* User-generated Content;
* Third-party services;
* Service interruptions;
* Technical failures;
* Security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fama, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

* Your use of the Services;
* Your violation of these Terms;
* Your violation of applicable laws;
* Your infringement of any third-party rights;
* Any Content you upload or publish.

24. Force Majeure

Fama shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters;
* War;
* Terrorism;
* Government actions;
* Internet outages;
* Power failures;
* Cyberattacks;
* Labor disputes;
* Epidemics or pandemics;
* Other force majeure events.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

26. Changes to These Terms
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable laws, business practices, or operational requirements.
If we make material changes, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Fama.
These communications may include:
* Account notifications;

* Service announcements;
* Policy updates;
* Promotional messages (where permitted by applicable law).
Where required by law, you may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Rules, and any additional policies or guidelines published by Fama, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fama regarding your use of the Services.
They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications relating to the Services.

30. No Waiver
Failure by Fama to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Fama.

31. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Fama may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
